How to get VAT exemption

This page applies if you have a company in the EU with a valid VAT number. Not applicable in Sweden, as CrabJuice Accessories AB is a Swedish company. 

 

Step 1:

Create or log in to your account.

 

Step 2:

Go to your profile by clicking on the profile icon.

Step 3:

Proceed to the VAT Exemption field, input your VAT number, and select 'Validate'.

 

Step 4:

 

Should you receive a success message, proceed with your purchase. Please refrain from placing an order if no success message appears. VAT exemptions cannot be granted after the order is finalized due to anti-money laundering regulations. In such cases, the order must be canceled and reissued.

 

Something went wrong:

If you didn't get a success message something went wrong.  Check this first:

• Do you have a business in the EU with a valid VAT number? (Required)
• Your business is NOT in Sweden
• Have you entered your VAT number correctly?

If the answer is yes to all of the above just wait a while and try again. We check all VAT numbers with the European Union Vies site. Sometimes it doesn't respond.

You can also check if you have a valid VAT number directly on the VIES validation site.
