🔁 Refund & Returns Policy (30 Days Hassle-Free Returns)

At CrabJuice Accessories, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy on all orders, giving you plenty of time to decide if your product is right for you.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, no reason required.

If the final day of your return period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline is automatically extended to the next working day.

🚚 Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once your order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

📦 Return Shipping

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and ensure you receive a replacement or full refund.

If you change your mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

🧾 Condition of Returns

You are welcome to inspect and handle your product as you would in a physical store.

You are responsible for any reduction in value if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Where possible, please include original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Missing items or significant packaging damage may result in a partial refund reflecting the item’s reduced value.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item (or proof of return shipment), we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

If the product has lost value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a deduction may be applied to reflect this loss in value.

🔄 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, the original item must be returned before the replacement is shipped.

Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.

❗ Incorrect or Faulty Items

If something is wrong with your order, we’ll fix it quickly.

  • Arrange return shipping for incorrect items

  • Deposits agreed as non-refundable before purchase

💳 Deposits

Non-refundable deposits agreed before purchase will not be refunded if an order is cancelled. In some cases, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
